Some of our special products, such as the 10th Anniversary Sneaker, have different terms than the rest of the store. Because this is a limited edition that is manufactured exclusively for those who purchase it, size, model, or product changes are not accepted once the order has been placed.

This means that:

• You will not be able to request size, model, or product changes.

• You may request a return of the product within the timeframe established in our returns policy.

• This limited edition will not be manufactured again once the sales period has ended.

We recommend carefully checking the size guide before placing your order. If you are between two sizes, we advise choosing the larger one.

We have designed these sneakers with the utmost attention to detail to celebrate our 10 years of history together with our community.

• Avoid Direct Exposure to Light and Heat: prolonged exposure to direct sources of light and heat can adversely affect the materials and colors of your sneakers. Therefore, it is advisable to keep them in a cool, shaded place when not in use.

• Proper Storage: To preserve their original shape and prevent deformation, it is recommended to store the sneakers in their original box. Use the inserts that come with them so they maintain their shape when you are not wearing them. This storage method also protects the sneakers from dust and dirt.

• Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes, or cosmetics, and do not put them in the washing machine.

In the case of leather or suede sneakers, variations in tone, small marks, or grains are natural characteristics that should not be considered imperfections.
